Make sure u r connected to the database and the particular table or view exist there.
To attach a library open the form to which u need the library attached to. Highlight the Attached Library node in the object navigator and the click Navigator in the menu and select Create. You will see a attach library dialog box. Click on the Find button and locate the library on ur hard drive or select the database radio button and look for the library there.
Click on the attach button. U will be prompted to an Alert asking u if u want to keep the path to the library. Select No. If u select yes everytime u open the form it will look for the library at the location from where u attached it. If for some reason the library is not there u will get an error messsage. So the best practice is to select NO.
This will attach the library to this particular form.
