Someone had responded that all the Oracle documentation is free at www.technet.oracle.com/docs

However when attempting to access this site it is not available. I have tried it numerous times with no success. Maybe someone can point me in the right direction.

U can find Oracle documentation free at the following site.

http://otn.oracle.com/docs

this works.i tried it.u can find all the documentation here.
